Amplexor in the top 10 Slator and Nimdzi 2021 LSP index

In the Slator Index, the group appears in 4th - Super Agencies only - and 6th when considering all actors in the market. The Slator Language Service Provider Index (LSPI) is a ranking and an index of the world’s largest translation, localization, interpreting, and language technology companies.

As in the 2020 edition, participants in the Slator 2021 LSPI are listed in order of revenue (in USD for 2020). The ranking is supplemented with information relating to each company, such as 2019 revenues, year-on-year growth, corporate headquarters, ownership, and financial year end.   

The Super Agencies category represents full-service, multi-vertical LSPs with revenues greater than USD 200m.

The Nimdzi Index positions Acolad at nr. 8, showing that, despite the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the industry grew by 6.8% from 2019 to 2020. 

The group’s ranking in Slator and Nimdzi already reflects the success of the M&A between Amplexor and Acolad. The merger between both companies resulted in a symbolic threshold of over 2,000 employees and a combined turnover of more than 270 million euros. Olivier Marcheteau, Acolad’s CEO, adds “the new group will reinforce the companies’ worldwide presence and technological and commercial excellence for the future, strengthening their global position as a leading Content and Language Service Provider”.
