The “New online food platform”, from Sligro group, an Amplexor Digital customer, is nominated in the Digital Transformation category of this year’s Computable awards. Amplexor, an Acolad company since 2020, has been working on developing Sligro’s platform with partners Osudio, by SQLI and Sentia. We’ve all worked as a single, blended team, committed to build a platform that combined Sligro’s end-customer needs and business objectives, as part of the group’s efforts to fulfil its online ambitions.
Acolad is proud to see that the team’s expertise in digital experience, digital transformation and technology integration have resulted in the nomination of one of our customers, in the most important ICT awards in the Netherlands.
The Digital Transformation category recognizes projects for their complexity and/or risks, added value for customers, originality and/or innovative strength of the project and of the internal or external supplier. The Sligro platform, besides its versatility and innovation, was especially remarkable for the short development time and the various usage scenarios: from logistics and invoicing, to giving inspiration through recipes, with the ability to immediately order the ingredients. Osudio, Amplexor, and Sentia replaced the existing ecommerce solution with a combination of SAP Commerce Cloud and Adobe AEM. They focused on creating an environment that offers the best possible service to the hospitality industry, regardless of customer demand or the moment of use. The online platform was developed to ensure 3 main goals: offer a stable and flexible digital commerce and engagement platform, scalable and flexible enough to quickly rollout new features; provide inspirational content such as recipes and ideas; and, finally, match or exceed the store experience, facilitating individual brand differentiation.
