TAUS will host its first online conference of the year, from 8 to 18 of June. Themed Reinventing the Translation Industry, the virtual event will be centered on the impact of COVID-19 in globalization-related businesses such as travel and tourism, as well as what are the driving forces behind the content services industry in the new context. This program will be divided into four main topics:  

  • The Changing Landscape
  • The Quantum Leap 
  • The Future State of the Translation Industry
  • The Reinvention of the Translation Industry.  

Discussing and exploring What will be the state of the translation industry in the summer of 2021?, participants and speakers will assess this set-back in the industry and what is the right direction to go.

Over the course of her career, she has partnered with several global brands to re-imagine how they engage with customers through Content. Allison is an active Connector, and maintains strong affiliations with U. of Illinois, Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and Women in Localization, where she has served on the Board for 9 years.
