Acolad is currently looking for an Account Manager to help develop the business!
As an account manager, you are working on a daily basis to build lasting relationships with our clients. You identify the needs in the market and push our solutions to them. You are passionate about advising and selling and “going the extra mile” to match or exceed your monthly targets.
You know how to position Acolad as the partner of choice within the Legal markets in the Netherlands. You are comfortable communicating on C level and thrive on challenges. Your mindset is entrepreneurial and collaborative and including your (relevant) colleagues in the process comes naturally to you.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – Legal Vertical, the current sales team include 1 Account Manager and 1 Intern.
The role:
- Identify and analyse trends in your market. Define and implement the commercial strategy to reach the target
- Developing clients across the legal sector in the Netherlands via calls, meetings and events
- Fill in your pipeline, follow up on quotes and ensure closing
- Providing customer support and managing client expectations in liaison with the production team
- Manage the account manager already in place helping him to reach his targets
- Make the best use of our tools: Salesforces, Salesloft, XTRF
- Achieve KPIs, report your work to your manager
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience preferably gained in B2B, with a history of overachieving targets
- You have 2 years experience managing sales people
- Great commercial acumen
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent speaker of both Dutch and English
- Organisational sensitivity.
- Persistent with a positive attitude
- You feel confident in selling to senior executives or lawyers
- The ambition to be number 1 in your markets
