Main Purpose

Achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals by successfully managing the team’s assigned portfolios.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the setting and meeting of BU Business Plan objectives for Account Management.
  • Provide detailed and accurate forecasting/budgeting.
  • Oversee the expansion of existing business in the US, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Own and support process compliancy within the team, data quality in systems and adherence to Account Management Guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer contacts through team members or self. Mentor and drive teams to grow new contacts throughout the account to achieve efficient levels of customer intimacy and support business growth and financial objectives (Revenue, Gross Margin).
  • Master the AMPLEXOR service and solutions portfolio, support team on business case and positioning of complex combinations of services and technologies, through AM driven opportunities or in collaboration with Sales and Solution Management.
  • Develop and manage a team of account directors through coaching, training, on the job support; Drive acquisition and/or promotion of talents and ensure retention.
Requirements:

Educational background

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Economics, Financial or Marketing

Professional experience

  • More than 10 years of proven experience in Account Management.
  • Significant experience in the relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in the relevant service/solution.
