We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager to be part of our team in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. The selected candidate will Lead the API / Interoperability engineering team to design, plan, develop and operate our public APIs as well as our application interoperability and data integration, all built on top of our middleware based on Mulesoft.

Main Responsabilities:

• ✔️ Design, Develop and Operate the Public API to expose a set of functionalities from our various products (Translation Management Systems, Computer Assisted Translation Tools, Machine Translation, Core Localization Services…)
• ✔️ Help to design and operate the WebHook platform, IdP solutions and basic services such as the Content/File Storage Service
• ✔️ Drive the technical design to support OAuth2 and SAML v2
• ✔️ Help to design the common data model and taxonomy with the Data team to ensure that all integrations work consistently
• ✔️ Lead the API roadmap with the help of a product manager and ensure that the connectors built on top of the APIs are well supported
• ✔️ Manage a team of Software Engineers who are experts on Mulesoft to build data integration and application interoperability
• ✔️ Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that the roadmap is well balanced between public API priorities and internal data integration needs
• ✔️ Set up and curate the complete internal and external document repository

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Development or equivalent professional experience as an Engineering Manager.
• +5 years of relevant software development related experience.
• Strong technical background preferred.
• Strong technical experience with Mulesoft is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of software design and development.
• Excellent knowledge of API Testing methodology and API design and development.
• Experience in roadmap management.
• Very good problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of software architecture.
• Agile.
• Testing best practices.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
