We are currently looking for a Globalization Project Manager to join our team in Westminster, CO. The Globalization Project Manager acts as a key resource for Product Owners in translating the needs of the business into clear, actionable Agile activities. The Project Manager works closely with stakeholders (Quality, Regulatory, Labeling, etc.) supporting Digital Solutions, helping to ensure that all development work is meets business needs while delivering on time, under budget, and at the highest level of quality possible. The Globalization Project Manager acts as a key stakeholder on all globalization efforts relative to partner engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Validation leads and Stakeholders to ensure that scope and requirements are properly defined well before development work begins
  • Acts in an advisory capacity to help teams effectively manage their work
  • Acts as key stakeholder and communication touchpoint for processes outside of Digital (Quality, Regulatory, etc.) that impact how the team works, helping to ensure that we consistently meet the needs of our partner stakeholders while getting what we need from those stakeholders to complete our work effectively.
  • Acts as the key stakeholder on all globalization efforts, ensuring that Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams understand and execute the work involved in a successful market expansion.
  • Works to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the globalization process.
  • Helps identify and flag issues. Gets the right people involved at the right time, and sets up milestone touchpoints with Senior Leadership as necessary

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Grooms and prioritizes backlog items not currently assigned to product releases
  • Fosters cross-functional participation in the Agile process for each project
  • Establishes project schedules and works closely with vendor/partner Project Managers and Scrum Masters to plan work
  • Maintains and helps communicate product knowledge across product teams to help prevent silos from developing
  • Establishes and runs touchpoint and milestone sessions as appropriate
  • Sources and suggests process improvements/software solutions
  • Works with business analysts to define requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 7-10+ years managing/launching complex digital products (Mobile and Web)
  • Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar product/project management tools
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Understanding and experience within the medical device regulatory landscape is a plus (familiarity with labeling preferred)
  • Understanding or familiarity with the Diabetes Management/BGM space is strongly preferred

The salary range for the candidates physically located in Colorado is $85-110k. The salary for candidates outside of Colorado will be determined based on experience and location. The package also includes variable compensation based on meeting assigned objectives
