About the job
We’re seeking an experienced ✨Internal Communications Manager✨ to drive our internal communications strategy and bind our 2,000 talents globally.
Between internal growth and external acquisitions, you will focus on deploying a strong internal culture for the Acolad group, globally planning and developing meaningful internal communications programs.
You will work under the supervision of our Head of Corporate, and will partner with our HR team on employer branding topics, as well as with our Executives to deliver exceptional top-down internal communications strategies.
The position can be based either at our HQ located in Boulogne-Billancourt (France) or at our Lisbon office. The Acolad group offers a hybrid work policy.
Your Main Tasks
- Build, develop and promote a strong corporate culture for Acolad at the group level, in collaboration with our international HR team.
- Deploy a powerful and meaningful global internal communications strategy
- Ensure the good adoption of our internal channels and platforms
- Drive the internal communications plan through newsletters, videos, articles, and innovative global initiatives
- Manage virtual internal events tailored to our 2,000 talents, in collaboration with our Executives
- Coordinate with our local partners worldwide (Office Managers and HR) on multiple actions to improve the sense of brand belonging internally
- Develop and monitor Acolad’s e-reputation on platforms such as Welcome to the Jungle, Glassdoor, Google My Business, etc.
- Animate our social media, in collaboration with our Social Media Manager, by highlighting internal life at Acolad

Requirements:
You could be our next Internal Communications Manager if...
- You have 3 to 5 years of successful experience in Internal Communications, Employee experience and/or employer branding related roles
- You are proficient in English and French (spoken and written)
- You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and are comfortable with at least one emailing tool such as Mailchimp
- You have experience with international audiences and multicultural environments
- You have experience with animating a global intranet
- You are hands on, enthusiastic, curious, and agile. You love taking initiatives, have great team spirit and excellent analytical skills
