In the context of this strong growth, we are currently looking for a Project Manger to join our team in Montreal, Canada.

Reporting directly to the Head of Production, the Project Manager takes charge of the translation projects, more specifically with these specific responsibilities:

  • Identification and understanding of project needs, preparing quotes and submissions;
  • Coordination of projects: preparation, search for translators, timeline and budget follow-up, ad delivery of projects;
  • Quality assurance: guarantees the respect of contractual engagements, drives qualitative and quantitative indicators, and follows up on margins.

The role is a multifaceted one and extends from pre-sales to project delivery. An excellent ability to maintain customer relationships is needed, as is an acute sense client culture and results orientation, all while prioritising quality.

Requirements:
  • Completed university studies, or equivalent;
  • A minimum of 1 year in project management in the translation field, or in a related field;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • Knowledge of one or multiple computer assisted translation tools;
  • Fluent in both French and English (Spoken & Written);
  • Strong customer orientation and professionalism;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Very strong organizational skills & ability to manage priorities;
  • Strong proactive management skills, especially able to deal with emergency management;
  • Friendly with a great team spirit.
