Acolad Digital is a leading provider of content-centered solutions and services for corporate clients and government institutions around the globe that aim to enhance their digital customer and employee experience.

We are constantly growing and we are looking for a Team Coach for our Employee Experience OpenText team.

As an EX OpenText expert, you will be part of a strong Employee Experience (EX) practice. Together with our developers and business practitioners your team will work on projects to create the best result for our clients. In the role of EX OpenText Expert, you will outline the high-level solution and you will communicate with the client about the technical vision of the project. Your architecture will be the blueprint and guideline for the implementation of the solution and you will make sure your team, the client, all stakeholders, ... are up to speed and on the same page. You will combine your broad knowledge of all the different aspects of building digital experiences with expert knowledge of the OpenText Content Suite.

Furthermore, you will be asked to make sure the members of your team become experts themselves in the OpenText Content Suite, xECM and/or AppWorks by providing training and be a sounding board for them.

As a Team Coach, you are responsible for a team of ±10 people working within our Employee Experience practice. On an individual level, you coach your team members by taking time to listen to their needs and supporting their career paths. You stimulate the career growth of your team members by developing training plans, creating knowledge sharing opportunities, etc. Together with the project managers you decide which projects fits the skills and ambitions of the consultants while discussing with the team members concerned. You are an ambassador for the Acolad Digital values, leading by example. Working together closely with the Practice Director, Solutions Directors and Management team you are involved in determining the Acolad Digital strategy and future of the Employee Experience practice. The growth, performance and evolution of your team are your responsibility and you will work together continuously with other people in our organisation to achieve this.

• You have at least 5-10 years of working experience. Experience with OpenText Content Suite, Documentum or other content services platforms such as Alfresco is a huge plus.
• You live in the beautiful country of Belgium.
• You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
