We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. Our ideal candidate can be based in France or Italy, but as a global team we are flexible to hiring from other locations.

As a Solutions Engineer within the Business Solutions team, you will be mainly responsible for the setup of solutions implemented to Acolad customers. You will ensure that setup is performed according to project specifications, within an established time frame and budget.

Main scope

Setting up the solutions implemented by Business Solutions (current solutions: Rikai portal, A-Portal, Memsource widget, Memsource connectors).

Main Tasks

  • Planning
    • Provide input in implementation planning
    • Review client requirements with Solutions Architects
    • Participate in the various meetings required by an implementation project
  • Configuration: Setup the tools according to Statement of Work
  • Testing: Dummy round-trip to make sure the solution is read
  • Onboarding: Introduce the solution to the Operations /Production team
  • Documentation: Create and maintain the related Confluence documentation (for both internal and external users
  • Maintenance: Perform required setup changes when require
  • Reporting: Generate various reported related to implemented solutions
  • Jira Help Desk: Managing of tickets assigned to Business Solutions

As responsibilities within the team will vary, you may also be asked to perform the following tasks:

  • Provide support to users (for both internal and external users)
  • Demo of solutions to clients
  • Client onboarding
  • Solution related training
  • Definition of Business Solutions processes
  • Any task that may fall under the scope of Business Solutions
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English
  • Other languages (especially German) are a plus
  • 3+ year experience in Translation industry
  • Knowledge of Memsource and XTRF is a plus
