Team Coach CX Solution Architects

We are constantly growing and we are looking for a Team Coach for our Customer Experience Solution Architect team.
As a CX Solution Architect, you will be part of a strong Customer Experience practice. Together with our developers and business practitioners your team will work on projects to create the best result for our clients. In the role of CX Solution Architect, you will outline the high-level solution and you will communicate with the client about the technical vision of the project. Your architecture will be the blueprint and guideline for the implementation of the solution and you will make sure your team, the client, all stakeholders, ... are up to speed and on the same page. As CX Solution Architect, you will combine your broad knowledge of all the different aspects of building digital experiences with expert knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud.
As a Team Coach, you are responsible for a team of ±10 people working within our Customer Experience practice. On an individual level, you coach your team members by taking time to listen to their needs and supporting their career paths. You stimulate the career growth of your team members by developing training plans, creating knowledge sharing opportunities, etc. Together with the project managers you decide which projects fits the skills and ambitions of the consultants while discussing with the team members concerned. You are an ambassador for the Acolad Digital values, leading by example. Working together closely with the Practice Lead, Solutions Managers and Management team you are involved in determining the Amplexor Digital strategy and future of the Customer Experience practice. The growth, performance and evolution of your team are your responsibility and you will work together continuously with other people in our organisation to achieve this.
Requirements:
- Building better digital experiences is your passion.

- You have strategic insight, sense of responsibility and a pro-active nature.
- You have at least 5-10 years of working experience. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or other digital experience platforms is a huge plus.
- You live in the beautiful country of Belgium.
- You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
