Acolad is looking for a Head of Sales for its Dutch brand Livewords. Livewords is based in Amstelveen and has about 150 employees.
The Head of Sales is responsible for all sales activities to achieve the organization’s commercial objectives. As a Head of Sales, you will manage 5 Sales Managers, 2 Account Managers and 1 Marketing Manager. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Director the Benelux.
Position responsibilities:
- ✔️Monitor, track and evaluate sales- and account managers on KPI’s;
- ✔️Deliver monthly, weekly or daily updates/reports to general management;
- ✔️Set the regional sales plan and accelerate growth of the business;
- ✔️Ensure sales efforts maximize returns on assets while achieving strategic goals within business policies;
- ✔️Assess sales opportunities through appropriate research;
- ✔️Analyse sales results and implement plans for improvement, as needed;
- ✔️Oversee sales budget and regular sales forecast revisions;
- ✔️Build an engaged workforce, ensuring strong collaboration across the organization.
Requirements:
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience;
- You have hands-on experience leading sales activities within high-end professional services for at least 8 years;
- You are a connector, building relationships and partnering across the organization to achieve the company goals;
- You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
- You are pragmatic and ‘get things done’;
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and SalesLoft would be a plus;
- You are at ease with figures and a proficient user of MS Excel;
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
