Are you looking for a new challenge in the field of multilingual communication?
Are you a customer-oriented and organized translation project manager with a can-do attitude?

We are looking for a motivated project manager or senior project manager to join our production team preferably in Vallila, Helsinki. You will be managing our customers’ translation projects, working both in the customer interface and with our global network of translators. We expect fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English. A minimum of five years’ experience in translation project management and basic understanding of translation technology and processes is required.

Responsibilities:

• Project execution including compliance to deadlines, standards/methodology, budget and margin optimization, quality standards, status reporting and month-end financials
• Customer project setup, quotation and scheduling
• Processing of customer feedback, entry of CAPAs and completion of investigations
• Collaboration with resource managers, linguists and technical teams
• Customer and internal communication
• Collaboration with Account Management to define new processes and to strategize on process and tool optimization for a customer
• Ensuring linguistic material, such as TMs, glossaries and style guides, are consistently updated and delivered per SLAs
• Participation in pre-sales activities as needed
• Participation in quality audits, recognizing opportunities for improvement and implementing the changes as needed
