The Acolad Group is currently looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives!
As Senior Sales Development Representative, you are in charge of prospecting new clients in Belgium. You have the mindset of a hunter, driving new business and sales. Your positive attitude and consultative approach are key to sourcing new leads, leading to increased revenue and long-term growth.
The Role:
- Independently and proactively search for potentials for the successful acquisition of new customers and contact them via the usual channels (telephone, e-mail, on-site visits, trade fairs etc.) with an eye toward exceeding expectations
- Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Make the best use of our tools: Salesforces, Salesloft, LBS
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Independent, KPI-supported work with daily reporting and an up-to-date CRM make up your daily business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or Marketing
- You are a hunter with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience preferably gained in B2B, with a history of overachieving targets in new business acquisition
- You posses an inherent desire to hit the phones to drum up new business
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- You are goal-oriented, autonomous, extroverted, ambitious, self-motivated and a passionate salesperson
- You have strong organization and time management skills
- You are confident handling standard sales IT and CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
- You are fluent in English and French, with good communication skill
- Fluency in Dutch would be a plus
