Product Content Strategist

We are currently looking for a Product Content Strategist to join our team.
Your main focus as a Product Content Strategist will be content management, including content creation, curation, planning, and research. You will have to brainstorm creative ways of engaging the audience and produce those engaging content types.
Main Responsibilities
- Performing research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer and business personas.
- Performing research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends.
- Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
- Analysing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it is working or not.
- Evaluating and implementing best-in-class assistive help systems that support optimal product use based on modern practices including (but not limited to) embedded assistance, skills-based assistance and other approaches.
- Identifying key measurable outcomes for success in assistive content’s impact (clicks, comments/feedback, relation to support requests etc.)
- Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand's personas.
- Strategising content pillars and sub pillars.
- Planning the editorial calendar and content proposition.
- Collaborating with UX, product, business, and marketing teams continually analyse and evolve user support technologies based on real user journeys and to implement the overall content strategy.
- Overseeing writing style and tone for all content.
- Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed.
- Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms.
- Tracking and calculating content ROI.
- Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives.
- Strategising and improving content delivery and promotion.
- Working with cross functional teams to organise content localisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Content strategy experience, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Background working with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product owners, researchers, and engineers.
- A foundational understanding of user-centered design techniques and how to apply them.
- Extensive experience writing and structuring language to respond to audience needs.
- Outstanding organisational, time management and analytical skills.
- Exceptional marketing and collaborative skills.
- Effective communication and content presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and curious with the ability design and extend your role as the business requirements dictate.
- Excellent English skills.
- French or German language skills are considered a plus.
