We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to be part of our team in Paço de Arcos, Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• ✔️  Analyse financial data and ensure booking accuracy at analytical level
• ✔️  Provide and improve financial reporting, explaining the main deviations and coordinating activities to produce budget and forecast
• ✔️  Provide guidance and coaching in financial matters to other business areas
• ✔️  Supporting the business units with financial information
• ✔️  Giving support to special projects through the year
• ✔️  Drive process improvement and lay the foundation for scalable processes that will scale with the strategic growth plans
• ✔️  Identifying and monitoring risks, opportunities, and efficiencies.
• ✔️  Support continuous improvement of systems, processes, and activities.

Requirements:

• A proactive and self-confident individual with great stakeholder management
• Strong communicator (written & verbal); reliable and responsive
• A problem solver who can produce data driven recommendations and solutions
• A good level of integrity and judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Can adapt to a dynamic business environment
• A completed university degree in Controlling, Management Accounting or Business Management
• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Controlling
• Experience in multinational companies
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in SAP
